[bug] Cannot create account.

I am note sure how I came into this situation. I am not able to create any facebook/twitter account under settings. when I try to do so by accepting the terms it states the account but it does not show up. Previously I created a google account also, now I tried to remove that one also and not beeing able to recreate google account. Any suggestions what can be wrong?
